The Property Management and Letting Fees

The following is a comprehensive priced list of the property management and letting services provided by Welcome at Home

Standard fees

This is a fixed cost fee that can cover a variety of works depending on the individual circumstances of each tenancy, including but not limited to, negotiating the tenancy, verifying references, undertaking Right to Rent checks and drawing up contracts. This charge is applicable per tenancy. The charge will not exceed this sum unless you request one of the specific additional services or fees set out elsewhere in this document.

When the property incurs in a damage we can prepare a report with evidences, provide quotes and contact the insurance on the LL’s behalf negotiating the compensation. A 15% (12,5%+VAT) management claim fee will be charged on the success of the claim. £250 will be charged in case claim made will fail and the insurance will not cover the costs.

When significant work is required, we assist the owner(s), providing quotes and reports for the necessary pieces to be carried out. A 15% (12,5%+VAT) supervision management fee for any job quoted over £500 plus VAT will be charged.
