Manuel Detogni holds a degree in Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a Master’s in Real Estate Management and Finance.
He began his real estate career in Milan in 2010, the same year he founded Welcome Home. Since then, he has overseen the management of more than 700 residential units across Milan and London.
Today, Manuel is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and manages a portfolio of over 200 properties in central London. He also acts as a property family office, advising and managing assets on behalf of Italian families in the UK.
As Managing Director of Welcome Home London, he leads the company’s strategic growth and development, driving its expansion and long-term vision.
